Regulates expression of GLABRA2, CAPRICE, WEREWOLF, and ENHANCER OF GLABRA3. Required for floral organ shape, the development of the outer integument of ovules, and stem development. Regulates cell shape and cell division planes in the L2 layer of floral meristems and the L1-derived outer integument of ovules. Controls specification of epidermal root hairs. Participates in the coordination of cell morphogenesis between cell layers during floral development.
