The SubCellular Proteomic Database (SUBA3) houses large scale proteomic and GFP localisation sets from cellular compartments of Arabidopsis. It also contains precompiled bioinformatic predictions for protein subcellular localisations.
A new dataset of protein-protein interactions has recently been added.
